How does Zippy Pet Services work?
Zipppy Pet Services is your service provider. We have a team of service providers. You are welcome to make a request with us and we will help you match at very reasonable prices.
What are the differences between Zippy Pet Services and other companies?
We pride ourselves to be the best connector matching clients with the most appropriate and professional pet services providers. If the rates are reflected on the web site, please note that there is no hidden costs and no registration fees. As part of our esteemed service, we provide you with 100% money-back guarantee with very fair terms and conditions.
What will happen after I submit the online query?
Every query is precious to us. After we receive your submission, we will get in touch with you to have a better and clear understanding of your needs. We will start to get the most appropriate pet services providers and get you the best quote. If you decide to use our services, we will send you a confirmation email with an invoice a few days later after your confirmation booking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can as long as it is done seven (7) days before the schedule date of the service. Any cancellation or major changes made less than seven days will incur a cancellation costs equivalent to 30% of the services quoted.
What if I am not satisfied with your service?
We put customer satisfaction as one of the few top priorities in our operations. If you are not happy with our service, please contact our customer service hotline or email us at dt@zippypetservices.com
Are Zippy pet services available during the weekends?
Upon your request for pet service, you will be required to indicate your preferred date and time. If we are not able to provide you with the services on the specific dates or time, we will not accept the job.
What are my payment options?
We accept cheque and bank transfer. We can also work with you separately via a third party app to accept payment via credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Full payment is required upon confirmation.
